Louvain-la-Neuve

For the opening of Silversquare in Louvain-la-Neuve, I created a special cocktail to mark the occasion. Inspired by the vibrant energy of the space, we served a Paloma with a twist—a rim of black Himalayan salt for a bold flavor contrast. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic option, we crafted a delicate version of the Paloma, finished with edible flowers. Each drink was designed to reflect the unique atmosphere of this new co-working space.
